Cheryl serves as the head chef, with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and food industry. Cheryl knows her way around a catering kitchen; directly out of culinary school she served as a catering chef at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Cheryl then worked as Kitchen Manager for 5 years in one of Western Canada's largest catering kitchens at Elizabethan Catering in Edmonton. Cheryl's continued quest for knowledge about food resulted in her returning to school to earn a Diploma in Food and Nutrition Management. Cheryl's passion for cooking and baking has led her to travel as far as Chicago and Australia to take classes from world renowned artists in the food industry.
