Spice of Life Catering would like to give you something back for booking us for your event. If you bring us a fresh salmon that you would like to have included with your buffet, we will bake, decorate and serve it for you at NO additional charge. This is our gift as a thank-you to you.
 All we ask of you:
- Please have salmon cleaned and ready for baking
- Please keep salmon under 20lbs. so it will fit in our ovens
- Please leave head and tail on so we are able to present it in an attractive manner
- Please deliver the salmon to us a minimum of 3 days prior to your event
- Maximum of 2 salmon
Salmon will be baked, decorated beautifully and served cold as an impressive addition to your already delicious meal.
